These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Avalos Landscaping website and the services provided by Avalos Landscaping

By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided
Avalos Landscaping offers a variety of services, including Lawn Maintenance, Mulching, Cleanups and Hardscape and Home Projects. The scope of each service is determined on a case-by-case basis and agreed upon before work begins.

2. Service Requests
To request a service, you must provide accurate information regarding the nature of the service. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our scope or that we believe we cannot complete satisfactorily.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Quotes: Free quotes are provided based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes.

• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept checks and cash and online payment services such as Zelle and Venmo.

• Late Payments: Failure to make payment on time may result in additional charges or service suspension.

​4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing access to the area where the repair work will be performed and ensuring the working conditions are safe. Any delays or interruptions caused by a lack of access may result in additional charges.
